 陳超,男,1999年本科畢業(yè)于山東工業(yè)大學(xué)(現(xiàn)山東大學(xué)),獲環(huán)境工程學(xué)士學(xué)位;2002年在山東大學(xué)讀研,獲環(huán)境工程碩士學(xué)位;2002-2005年在清華大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程系讀研,師從張曉健老師,獲市政工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,F(xiàn)任職于清華大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院,擔(dān)任飲用水教研所所長(zhǎng)、副研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。

研究概況

當(dāng)前我國(guó)供水安全形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,其中消毒副產(chǎn)物濃度超標(biāo)和水源突發(fā)污染頻發(fā)問題十分突出。本人面向國(guó)家重大需求和國(guó)際前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn),重視科學(xué)研究與工程應(yīng)用的融合,確定研究方向?yàn)轱嬘盟|(zhì)化學(xué)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,主要包括消毒副產(chǎn)物控制和應(yīng)急供水。

主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新性學(xué)術(shù)成果是:

(1)開發(fā)了新興消毒副產(chǎn)物亞硝胺的前體物解析和控制技術(shù)

針對(duì)強(qiáng)致癌物亞硝胺,識(shí)別出我國(guó)存在較高的飲用水亞硝胺新興消毒副產(chǎn)物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(Water Res., 2016),引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外的廣泛關(guān)注;首次開發(fā)了基于極性快速分析法(PRAM)的亞硝胺前體物解析技術(shù)(Water Res., 2014),揭示了亞硝胺前體物的基本結(jié)構(gòu)特性:同時(shí)具有正電性和非極性,該方法具有針對(duì)性強(qiáng)、操作簡(jiǎn)便、質(zhì)控可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn),有望成為一項(xiàng)通用研究工具;根據(jù)前體物解析研究結(jié)果,研究確定了臭氧-(生物)活性炭是現(xiàn)階段的最佳可行控制技術(shù),可同時(shí)控制亞硝胺、三鹵甲烷和鹵乙酸(Sci. Tot. Environ., 2013; J. AWWA, 2014; 2015; 2017),揭示了不同工藝去除前體物的機(jī)理(Water Res., 2015),研究了生物降解亞硝胺前體物的過程(Chemosphere, 2015);首次開發(fā)了基于陽(yáng)離子交換的前體物處理技術(shù)和濃縮工具(J. Env. Sci., 2017);發(fā)現(xiàn)黑臭水體存在較高亞硝胺前體物,識(shí)別出福美鋅等新型亞硝胺前體物(Chemosphere, 2016),為應(yīng)對(duì)亞硝胺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和篩查風(fēng)險(xiǎn)污染物提供了技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備。

(2)建立了應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)水源污染的自來水廠應(yīng)急凈化處理技術(shù)體系

與張曉健教授合作建立了城市供水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)體系,該體系包括活性炭吸附、化學(xué)沉淀、氧化/還原、強(qiáng)化消毒、曝氣吹脫和藻類綜合處理等6類關(guān)鍵技術(shù),覆蓋飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中絕大部分100多種污染物(Environ. Sci. & Technol., 2011);率先獲得了數(shù)十種有機(jī)污染物的活性炭吸附特性,首次突破了自來水廠應(yīng)對(duì)重金屬嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)水源水的化學(xué)沉淀處理技術(shù)和應(yīng)對(duì)揮發(fā)性污染物的曝氣吹脫技術(shù);初步建立了有機(jī)物的應(yīng)急吸附、吹脫性能的預(yù)測(cè)模型(SAR & QSAR in Environ. Res. 2015; J. Environ. Sci., 2016);與其他單位合作開發(fā)了應(yīng)急處理導(dǎo)試水廠、移動(dòng)式應(yīng)急藥劑投加系統(tǒng)等關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。研究藻類死亡過程中硫醇硫醚類惡臭物質(zhì)的釋放機(jī)理,為太湖水危機(jī)事故原因判斷、高藻水處理技術(shù)開發(fā)提供依據(jù)(J. Hat. Mat., 2010,高被引論文)。在應(yīng)急技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)性和理論深度、處理對(duì)象的覆蓋范圍、工藝實(shí)施的快速高效和穩(wěn)定性等方面獲得了重大突破,經(jīng)鑒定達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。參與了2005年松花江硝基苯污染、2007年無(wú)錫太湖水危機(jī)、2008年汶川地震、2012年廣西龍江河鎘污染、2014年蘭州自來水苯超標(biāo)、2015年天津港爆炸事故、2015年廣元應(yīng)對(duì)銻污染應(yīng)急供水、2018年河南南陽(yáng)淇河污染等重大事件應(yīng)急工作,多次擔(dān)任住建部或環(huán)保部專家組成員,大大提高供水行業(yè)面對(duì)水源突發(fā)污染事故時(shí)的應(yīng)急處理能力。

共負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)家級(jí)課題5項(xiàng)(水專項(xiàng)1項(xiàng)、科技支撐1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)和青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng))、子課題1項(xiàng),清華自主科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。發(fā)表SCI 論文60多篇,EI 論文30多篇,國(guó)際會(huì)議口頭報(bào)告40多篇,參編專著9部,申請(qǐng)專利21項(xiàng)(已授權(quán)15項(xiàng)),所負(fù)責(zé)課題指導(dǎo)了7座大型示范工程的建設(shè),應(yīng)急供水保障能力達(dá)到715萬(wàn)m3/d,研究成果被央視、《科技日?qǐng)?bào)》、《中國(guó)環(huán)境報(bào)》、《南方周末》等媒體多次報(bào)道。

研究概況

當(dāng)前我國(guó)供水安全形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻:一方面重大突發(fā)性水污染事故頻發(fā),經(jīng)常影響水源水質(zhì);另一方面水源水微污染普遍,原水水質(zhì)普遍下降,供水安全生命線工程受到前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),引起國(guó)家和全社會(huì)的高度重視。針對(duì)上述問題,本人確定主要研究方向?yàn)椋?.城市供水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)、2.消毒與消毒副產(chǎn)物控制,這些方向均為環(huán)境系及飲用水所的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。

在應(yīng)急供水方面,本人曾參與了松花江硝基苯污染、廣東北江鎘污染、無(wú)錫市水危機(jī)、貴州都柳江砷污染、汶川特大地震等重大事件的城市供水應(yīng)急工作,并發(fā)揮了骨干作用,為清華環(huán)境系飲用水所榮獲“全國(guó)五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)狀”、“首都勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)狀”等榮譽(yù)做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。作為骨干承擔(dān)建設(shè)部“城市供水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)研究”工作,指導(dǎo)全國(guó)供水行業(yè)的應(yīng)急處理;在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次建立飲用水應(yīng)急處理技術(shù)體系,全面覆蓋飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中100多項(xiàng)污染物,根本扭轉(zhuǎn)了我國(guó)供水行業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)污染的被動(dòng)局面。目前應(yīng)急供水工作得到了建設(shè)部、環(huán)保部、科技部等部委的大力支持,被列入國(guó)家十一五重大水專項(xiàng),由本人任課題負(fù)責(zé)人。

在消毒與消毒副產(chǎn)物控制方面,在國(guó)內(nèi)外首次開發(fā)了順序氯化消毒工藝和實(shí)施系統(tǒng),發(fā)現(xiàn)了游離氯和氯胺的協(xié)同作用機(jī)理,安全經(jīng)濟(jì)地實(shí)現(xiàn)病原微生物和強(qiáng)致癌性消毒副產(chǎn)物的雙重控制,成果達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平;本人申請(qǐng)的深入研究已經(jīng)獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委資助。研究了水源水消毒副產(chǎn)物前體物的生成機(jī)理,指出疏水性有機(jī)物是主要的前體物,確定了各凈水工藝的控制特性,為副產(chǎn)物控制提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。

近年來本人共負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)家級(jí)科研課題3項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家級(jí)課題7項(xiàng),省部級(jí)2項(xiàng)。發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中SCI論文24篇,EI論文25篇,國(guó)際會(huì)議19篇,參編專著4部,申請(qǐng)專利11項(xiàng),指導(dǎo)6座示范工程建設(shè)。參與一門研究生專業(yè)課、一門本科生專業(yè)課的教學(xué)工作,獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)碩士研究生2人,協(xié)助指導(dǎo)博士研究生5人,碩士研究生8人(其中2人獲校優(yōu)秀碩士論文),在國(guó)際水協(xié)(IWA)等知名學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體中擔(dān)任相關(guān)職務(wù),為建設(shè)部、環(huán)保部、科技部、衛(wèi)生部在飲用水領(lǐng)域提供了多次技術(shù)咨詢。
