研究領(lǐng)域
    長(zhǎng)期從事發(fā)酵工程、基因工程及代謝工程的工作,在生物合成聚羥基烷酸、聚谷氨酸、聚賴氨酸等生物高分子,丁二酸、富馬酸、蘋果酸、乳酸等有機(jī)酸以及氨基酸與酶生產(chǎn)中積累了豐富的理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且參與過多項(xiàng)擴(kuò)試及產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究項(xiàng)目,如生物合成對(duì)羥基-D-苯甘氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、D-苯丙氨酸等,具有豐富的工程技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。目前作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)國(guó)家“973”課題1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家“863”重大項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)(子課題負(fù)責(zé)人),國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、江蘇省國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、江蘇省高校自然科學(xué)研究重大項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放基金1項(xiàng)、德國(guó)EVONIC公司開發(fā)項(xiàng)目1 項(xiàng)。承擔(dān)完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、江蘇省科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、江蘇省高校自然科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃1項(xiàng)、留學(xué)回國(guó)基金1項(xiàng),作為課題副組長(zhǎng)完成國(guó)家863目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向性課題1項(xiàng)、江蘇省高技術(shù)招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),作為課題骨干參與完成國(guó)家973項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),以及參與完成多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目及國(guó)家十五攻關(guān)課題研究工作。近年來發(fā)表科技文章100余篇,SCI收錄27篇,EI 10余篇,其中包括Appl Environ Microbiol,Process Biochem等國(guó)外權(quán)威期刊,申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利50余項(xiàng),授權(quán)7項(xiàng)。至今指導(dǎo)與協(xié)助指導(dǎo)碩士生40人,畢業(yè)20人,指導(dǎo)博士生6人,畢業(yè)3人。
    目前正在開展的工作包括利用野生菌(產(chǎn)琥珀酸放線桿菌,米根霉)及基因工程菌(大腸桿菌和谷氨酸棒桿菌的改造)生產(chǎn)C4有機(jī)酸,美白化妝品添加劑α-熊果苷的生物合成,丁醇的生物合成等課題,內(nèi)容涉及利用分子生物學(xué)方法進(jìn)行菌株改造,多參數(shù)發(fā)酵調(diào)控,發(fā)酵模型的構(gòu)建,代謝分析以及后期的產(chǎn)物分離純化等。
