蔣益民，男，1957年1月生，漢族，中共黨員，工學(xué)博士，教授級(jí)高工�，F(xiàn)任湖南省環(huán)境保護(hù)局局長(zhǎng)、黨組書記（正廳級(jí)）。湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)兼職教授。
工作簡(jiǎn)歷
1970.09-1972.07，華容一中讀初中；
1972.09-1974.07，華容三中讀高中；
1974.03-19768.11，華容縣萬庫公社塌西湖農(nóng)場(chǎng)知青；
1976.11-1978.08，岳陽地區(qū)軸承廠工作；
1978.09-1982.07，中山大學(xué)氣象學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、1982年7月被授予學(xué)士學(xué)位；
1982.08-1995.01，湖南省環(huán)保科研所大氣室副主任、主任、副所長(zhǎng)、所長(zhǎng)；
1995.01-2003.03，湖南省環(huán)境保護(hù)局副局長(zhǎng)、黨組成員、黨組副書記；
1998.09-2001.07，湖南大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程系、環(huán)境工程專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、2001年7月被授予環(huán)境工程碩士學(xué)位；
2001.09-2004.08，湖南大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程系、環(huán)境工程專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、2004年12月被授予工學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
