2004 – 至今:美國(guó)國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)署辛辛那提大學(xué)聯(lián)合研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室的副主任和高級(jí)研究員

● 目前指導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)30余位科學(xué)家的研究工作,并為美國(guó)國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)署的研究項(xiàng)目提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。

2000 – 2003: 美國(guó)辛辛那提大學(xué)高級(jí)研究員

● 為美國(guó)環(huán)保署協(xié)調(diào)和主編生物凈化石油污染環(huán)境的產(chǎn)品性能的綜合評(píng)述;
● 通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和深度文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的方法,為美國(guó)環(huán)保署研究和主編系列關(guān)于原油和石油產(chǎn)品的海岸和淡水濕地的生物恢復(fù)方面的系列指南文件; 
● 合作研究,設(shè)計(jì)和測(cè)試一種新型的生物反應(yīng)器。該反應(yīng)器研究已獲得美國(guó)發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng)。
