男,工學(xué)博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。天津科技大學(xué)發(fā)酵工程專業(yè)碩士(1992),無錫輕工大學(xué)(現(xiàn)江南大學(xué))生物工程學(xué)院,生物工程專業(yè)博士(1995);德國Hannover大學(xué),環(huán)境工程專業(yè)博士后(2003),日本九州大學(xué)高級訪問學(xué)者(2005)。湖南大學(xué)跨世紀(jì)學(xué)術(shù)骨干,湖南省高等學(xué)校青年骨干教師,湖南省“121人才工程”人選,教育部首批“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”獲得者。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文196篇,其中SCI收錄51篇,EI收錄72篇,ISTP收錄9篇,獲得國家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利7項,出版教材和專著各1部。
是歐盟委員會水資源創(chuàng)新伙伴計劃戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)委員會委員(2012)(member of Steering group, European Innovation Paternship-Water),湖南省職業(yè)技能鑒定委員水處理專業(yè)委員會副主任委員,國家科技進(jìn)步獎評審專家,國內(nèi)外多家學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
