簡(jiǎn)歷:
環(huán)境生物化學(xué)學(xué)科組組長(zhǎng),博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年于武漢大學(xué)生物系生物化學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)之后到湖北省化學(xué)研究所從事漆酶研究。1985至1988年在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,主要探討重金屬污染對(duì)植物活性氧代謝酶系統(tǒng)的影響,隨后到中國(guó)科學(xué)院水生生物研究所工作,自此努力將生態(tài)酶學(xué)的理論與方法引入水污染生物學(xué),曾先后主持所長(zhǎng)擇優(yōu)基金、淡水生態(tài)與生物技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室基金與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金等項(xiàng)目的研究,1993年5月至1994年8月應(yīng)邀赴美國(guó)堪薩斯州立大學(xué)進(jìn)行工作訪(fǎng)問(wèn),1998年在中國(guó)科學(xué)院水生生物研究所獲博士學(xué)位,導(dǎo)師為劉建康院士。1999年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院“青年科學(xué)家小組”基金項(xiàng)目資助,近年來(lái)以生態(tài)酶學(xué)為要點(diǎn)切入中國(guó)科學(xué)院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程重大項(xiàng)目、973基礎(chǔ)研究、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目以及國(guó)家“十五”、 “十一五”、 “十二五”重大科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等重大項(xiàng)目,同時(shí)與捷克科學(xué)院水生生物研究所、丹麥哥本哈根大學(xué)、俄羅斯科學(xué)院動(dòng)物研究所、意大利國(guó)家研究理事會(huì)海岸研究所、烏克蘭科學(xué)院南海生物研究所、匈牙利布達(dá)佩斯技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)大學(xué)、波蘭羅茲大學(xué)應(yīng)用生態(tài)學(xué)系、波蘭科學(xué)院自然保護(hù)研究所、保加利亞漁業(yè)資源研究所、斯洛文尼亞約瑟夫斯蒂芬研究所、韓國(guó)先進(jìn)科技學(xué)院等研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行廣泛的交流與合作,聚焦于環(huán)境生物地球化學(xué)研究,系統(tǒng)融合了分子生物學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、湖沼學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)的理論和方法,構(gòu)建了生態(tài)酶學(xué)的理論體系,闡明了湖泊富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化過(guò)程中氮與磷循環(huán)的偶聯(lián)途徑,揭示了沉積物有機(jī)質(zhì)富集與分解對(duì)湖泊富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化和藍(lán)藻水華的反饋機(jī)制,并據(jù)此開(kāi)發(fā)生態(tài)技術(shù)且將其應(yīng)用于湖泊修復(fù)的實(shí)踐。已在《Hydrobiologia》、 《Arch. Hydrobiologia》、 《Aquaculture》、《European Journal of Phycology》、《Journal of Applied Phycology》、《Water, Air and Soil Pollution》、《Research in Microbiology》、《Water Research》、《Bioresource Technology》、《Microbiological Research》、《Geomicrobiology Journal》、《Science of the Total Environment》等學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文百余篇,其中五十余篇被SCI收錄,SCI 引用450 余次。
